Your order to a physical address within the 48 contiguous states will normally
be shipped within 24 hours of placement. Standard shipments will be delivered
within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be
shipped until the following business day.
Shipping Internationally? Shipping charges for International Orders vary
greatly. Please send us an email
with the items that you are interested in buying, your address, and the
destination country. We will email back information on ordering, including
shipping and handling charges. The recipient is responsible for any taxes,
duties, or brokerage fees. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping. Please
note that Art Materials does not accept returns on international orders.
Drop Ships
**On occasion, items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Drop shipped
orders may be subject to additional fees if shipped is expedited. You will be
notified via email if your order is to be express shipped from another
warehouse.
