Returns:
If you have any questions or are not completely satisfied with your order,
please contact customer service 1-800-363-7709 or
customerservice@artmaterialsonline.com and we will provide you with the
instructions for making your return or exchange.
Art Materials offers a 14-day refund or exchange on unopened & undamaged
items that do not show any signs of wear or damage in the return shipping
process. We'll issue a credit refund within 3-5 business days of our receiving
your return. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is a result
of our error.
**Pantone, Portfolios, Mat Cutters & Projectors can only be exchanged for a
similar item of equal or greater value within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise
returned as a result of a customer order error will be subject to a 15%
restocking charge.

Art Materials does not accept returns on international orders.
Damaged items:
If you received damaged item(s), you must contact us within 48 hours of
receiving the damaged merchandise. Contact the carrier (UPS) immediately to
report the damage & call us to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please
keep the box and packing materials, as UPS may need to see them.
